What to do in Manchester. Oct 2013

25th October 2013 Posted by numagoo

This weeks what to do in Manchester is a halloween special. We have picked out three spooky events hitting Manchester next week.

The Halloween Ghost Trains – Experience frights and chills on the extremely popular Halloween Ghost Train. If you dare  go through pitch black tunnels and past darkened stations, witness a ghostly parade and much more halloween fun. The ghost train runs from Bury Bolton Street Station to Rawtenstall and back, taking approximately 1.5 hours. The perfect halloween treat is £12 for adults (aged 16 and over), children are £4 and children under 3 are free. Trick or Treat at Urban Exchange – Fancy a thrifty halloween? On October 31st bring your little ones for a free halloween trail. The little terrors will follow the clues that will lead them to a number of letters hidden in certain stores – the letters will spell out a word associated with halloween. There will be sweets galore for the children to win!

Ghostly Halloween Evening Canal Cruise – If you are bored of trick and treating maybe this halloween trip with a difference will be for you. On Thurs 31st you could set sail on a very different Manchester canal boat. Listen to terrifying tales from the deep while gliding through the water on the truly spooky Halloween canal cruise.

We would love to see what spooky fun you get up to this halloween. Tweet us your snaps and stories and we’ll share them with our followers (@numagoo)
